Melinda serves as Client Services Coordinator, the internal client advocate for our clients in addition to her role as one of three Client Relationship Managers. Her role as Services Coordinator allows her to assist clients by creating a smooth customer experience communicating between clients and staff. As a Client Relationship Manager, she brings expertise as an IRS Enrolled Agent to better assist our clients with a variety of areas including IRS and State tax resolution for all notices and helping clients to be compliant with their required business filings. She has been with Jayd Advisors since August 2017. Before coming to Jayd Advisors, she worked for twelve plus years in another CPA/Financial Planning firm in a similar role to Client Services. She brings abundant client service experience gained through her prior work environments including time with a private school, banking Trust Probate division, and private attorney as a paralegal. She loves interaction with people and enjoys helping to be successful. Her Associates Degree is from Brevard College in North Carolina, where she grew up. Melinda works remotely from her home in Maine where she and her husband reside. She has a son and daughter-in-law and a Golden Retriever named Calypso. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, cooking, puzzles, and spending time with family and friends.
